§1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Julien Meisenzahl) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
§2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
§3 Special Notice Regarding the Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if I have begun performance of the contract after you have:
- expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code – BGB).
